We accept returns on most new, unused mobility products within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
Product must be in brand‑new condition.
Product must be returned with all original packaging, parts, and accessories.
A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number must be obtained from us before sending the item back.
Items returned without an RMA may be refused.
