📦 Free Shipping on All Orders

We offer free standard shipping on every order within the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.


🚚 Processing & Handling Time

  • Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, it ships directly from the manufacturer or an authorized U.S. warehouse.


🚛 Delivery Time

Delivery time varies by product and location:

  • Standard delivery: 3–10 business days after shipment

  • Freight (LTL) delivery: 7–14 business days after shipment

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.


🏠 Freight/LTL Shipments (Large Items)

Many mobility products—such as large scooters, chairs, and power wheelchairs—ship via freight truck. Freight delivery includes:

  • Curbside drop‑off

  • Scheduled delivery appointment

Please note: The driver cannot bring the item into your home unless you upgrade to White‑Glove delivery.

We ship to:

  • All continental U.S. states (free)

We do not currently ship to:

  • Alaska or Hawaii

  • U.S. territories

  • APO/FPO addresses

  • International locations


🔄 Order Changes & Cancellations

To change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:

If your order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible, and return fees may apply.


📬 Damaged or Missing Items

If your item arrives damaged or missing parts:

  1. Take photos of the packaging and product.

  2. Note any damage on the delivery receipt (for freight shipments).

  3. Contact us within 48 hours at support@freedommobilitystore.com.

We will work quickly with the manufacturer to resolve the issue.


📝 Backorders

If a product is on backorder, you will be notified before checkout or shortly after placing your order. You may choose to:

  • Wait for restock

  • Switch to a similar product

  • Cancel for a full refund
