At Freedom Mobility Store, we believe everyone should get the best price on mobility scooters, electric wheelchairs, and accessories — every time. If you find a lower advertised price from an authorized U.S. retailer, we’ll match it.
What we’ll match
Identical product model, configuration, and color (including same year and model number).
New, in-stock items sold by an authorized U.S. retailer (online or brick-and-mortar).
Prices that are currently advertised and verifiable on the competitor’s public website or printed ad.
What we won’t match
Prices from private auctions, membership-only sites, liquidation/closeout marketplaces, third‑party marketplace sellers (e.g., unverified sellers on large marketplaces), or unauthorized resellers.
Clearance, coupon-only, bundle-only or limited-time flash sale offers where the competitor requires additional purchases or subscriptions.
Prices that are for used, refurbished, open-box, or demo units unless we explicitly list those conditions.
Competitor pricing errors, price-matching after the fact for expired offers, or offers requiring special financing terms that we do not offer.
How to request a price match
Email our Price Match Team at pricing@freedommobilitystore.com with the following: product name, model number, competitor name, a link or a clear photo of the competing ad (showing price and store), and your order number (if you’ve already placed an order with us).
Our team will verify the competitor price and reply within 1 business day with confirmation or next steps.
If approved, we will adjust the price or provide a refund for the difference (refund method will match your original payment method whenever possible) and confirm the updated order total.
Important details
Price match applies only to purchases made directly with Freedom Mobility Store. If you request a price match after placing an order, the competitor’s price must still be valid at the time we verify it.
We reserve the right to verify competitor authorization and inventory status.
Shipping, taxes, and delivery fees may differ between sellers; the match applies to the product price only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Exclusions & limitations
Clearance, factory outlets, auction sites, and private reseller offers are excluded.
International retailers and prices displayed only in foreign currencies are excluded.
We reserve the right to decline requests that appear fraudulent, manipulated, or in violation of this policy.
